  Melissa Z is an artist. Not only does she know how to cut and style hair, but she truly knows how to shape your hairstyle to your particular face shape. Many people out there can cut hair, a few can cut and style curly hair. Melissa is one in a million for the natural ability and talent that she has when it comes to what she does!

  I have three sisters who all have straight, half-Japanese hair. When my hair suddenly when curly, let's just say I had no idea or help on how to style it! After disappointing cut after another, and resenting my frizzy mane, I was blessed to meet Mel Zitting. Finally! A stylist who knows how to cut, style, and embrace your curls! I have followed her throughout her career and haven't let anyone else touch my hair since. I'm always impressed by her knowledge of color as well, and it's obvious she is passionate about helping each and every client. Thank you Mel! You're the best!

  I have been waxing for years and have tried several different "experts", waxing = pain but I love the cleanness of it so I haven't given up on it. For fun I decided to buy the groupon for a waxing session with Rebecca Segars, I have to say it was the best waxing experience ever. Who knew that waxing does not have to be so painful. I just found a happy place to get waxed! wahoo!

  Rebecca C. is the best! I had very, very long curly hair and I wanted to cut off four inches and get lots of layers. Rebecca cut each individual curl and took her time to make sure that I loved it. When she washed my hair, she gave me lots of tips to help my hair reach its full potential. I was introduced to the devacurl products, which helped alot! Rebecca was so talkative and understanding! I will definately be going back to her! Thanks Rebecca!

  Chelsa cut my hair a few months ago, and did an amazing job. I got so many compliments on my hair. My hair never looked so good. Sadly, I had someone cut my hair a couple of days ago who said that they knew how to cut curly hair. Big mistake. I can't wait to get it fixed. I don't think I'll make that mistake again. A good cut makes a huge difference and so does a bad one. :)

  Kara has been cutting my hair for the past three years. Before I saw Kara, I hated to get my hair cut. I told people I would rather go to the dentist than get my hair cut. It seemed like I could never get the stylist to see the vision I had for my hair so I always left disappointed. Ever since Kara has cut my hair, my opinion of getting a hair cut has changed drastically for the better. I enjoy getting my hair cut with Kara because she does a great job and takes the time to give me some tips for improving my hair styling before I go out the door. Thanks, Kara!

  I have never had a good hair cut. My palms start to sweat every time someone mentions that I need a hair cut. The experiences I have ranged from looking like I just walked out of an 80's video to a stylist wanting to straighten my hair because "I would look better". When I heard about a magical place that specialized in cutting curly hair I couldn't believe it! She introduced me to the proper way to hydrate, style and manage my beautiful mane. Since I have been to Aura my frustrating hair cutting days are over! Thanks Aura!

  Chelsa has been cutting and coloring my hair for years. I have followed her from several different salons and love the way she does my hair. She is also so accomodating when I have to change an appointment or make one at the last minute. Everyone always compliments my hair and it's all due to Chelsa. She takes her time, offers suggestions and takes care in styling your hair exactly like you want it. Thanks Chelsa for all you do and the Christmas cookies are on their way!!

  I have been seeing Ann Marie for several years, first for my color problems, and later for my sudden curly hair that I didn't have until a couple of years ago. Ann Marie has such a great personality and a vast knowledge of hair both curly and straight. She is a fabulous colorist as well. Recently, due to Ann Marie's suggestion with booking problems, I saw Kara. Kara is also amazing! She showed me some great tricks to use to get my hair to be a little more responsive to what I want it to do & gave me more confidence in trying to allow my curls the ability to be more natural. Thank you both for your expertise and fantastic knowledge. I look forward to seeing you both for my hair cuts and color!
